Can anyone assist me with steps to install ActiveMQ on mac. I have downloaded the older ActiveMQ and run command ./activemq start its shows pid file created.

Yes, I have observed this too, what I did was,

转到bin文件夹中计算机上的activemq文件夹，然后执行 activemq start 或 activemq restart ，之后，ActiveMQ实例正确启动，您可以使用URL http：// localhost：8161 / admin （默认位置，如果更改了配置，则可能会有所不同）。

Go to activemq folder on your machine inside the bin folder and do activemq start or activemq restart, after this the ActiveMQ instance starts correctly and you can access it using URL http://localhost:8161/admin (default location,might be different if you changed the configuration).
