      HttpPostedFile file = Request.Files[0];//here i get an error cause it can't find any file

Hopefully it's something this simple, but try adding enctype="multipart/form-data" to your form tag:

<form action="www.domain2.com/upload.aspx" method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data">
   <input type="hiden" id="userid" value="12345" />
   <input type="file" id="curriculo" />
   <input type="submit" id="submit"/>
</form>
