Replace the formula with :

=COUNTIFS($A:$A,$A1,$E:$E,"ERROR*")>0

In French:

=NB.SI.ENS($A:$A;$A1;$E:$E;"ERROR*")>0

2nd argument = $A1, not A1. "ERROR*" counts all cells beginning with "ERROR".
