Look at the top right of this page.
Hover your mouse over your username.
When the drop down opens, click on "My Settings"
Your email address is the first item on the page that opens.
When you have set it, press the "Save my Settings" button at the bottom of the page.
You will get a confirmation message sent to your new address.
