I have tried and tried to find the area in my msdn subscription/profile, but cannot.  There is an area that allows me to change the contact email address attached to my account, but not an area to change the email address that shows up in the "Registered to" section of my MSDN Subscription Management page. 

I would like to change this email address since it is not my contact address any longer.  If I am required to receive a confirmation email at any point (like I was previously when I was having problems with my registration and new email account), then I won't be able to get it.   So changing that information is imperitive.

I realize this is an old question, but I had trouble figuring this out myself today...

 

Go to the same web site that's used for MSDN activation:  http://microsoft.na.subservices.com/msdn .  You'll need your "Subcriber Number" to sign in.  Once you're in, you can change your personal information such as e-mail, mailing address, etc.  I just did this myself, and the e-mail address seems to take a while to propagate to the msdn.microsoft.com site.
