We rehost our physical machines and Hyper-V VMs to Azure using ASR. Some of our physical machines and VMs are outside the Azure support matrix, such as OS drive with 2.5TB size and Data volumes with 30TB size. ASR fails with the error that the disk sizes are not supported for replication. What are the available options/ solutions in such user cases?

ASR doesn't such huge disk size vm migration i would suggest to go with Zerto replication tool but you may need to buy license for that. Another option is to use Azure Data box for transferring the data to Azure.Please read the below article it may be helpful for you.
