Have been trying to migrate my IBM's Xen vm to azure, however i get stuck on launching the deployment tool on my VM,
is there a way to efficiently complete my deployment planning on Xen with minimal issues?

ASR currently does not support migration of XenServer VMs to Azure, however you can use the physical to Azure workflow in ASR to migrate these VMs by treating the VMs as though they were  physical severs. There are however a few caveats, sharing details about these below:

Xen Server tools are known to cause VM instability when it runs on other platforms, so you’ll want to uninstall them before you migrate. We would suggest you try this out on a test machine with similar OS and configuration as the machines to be migrated first before extending the approach to others.
