I get an error 0x80070002 when installing .Net Framework 3.0 and says the system cannot find the file specified and I cant figure out how to fix it and it seem like its not downloading but when I go into the to windows feature which tells me the error and it has the framework 3.0 but still cant find it why is it in the system if it can find it please help me Microsoft support helping team I'm sure many people are having this problem.
