Hi, trying to run a program that needs .NET Framework 3.5, when I try to open the program it urges me to download the framework or skip, skipping won't work, and when I try to download it it gives me the error code 0x80070002 and says 'The system cannot find the file specified'. I tried some steps from a few online forums I found, these steps included changing everything in the drive to give security permission and temporarily disabling windows update service and deleting temporary update data but neither of these have worked out so far. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
