I just created a new free Data Catalog for our company from https://usw-su1.azuredatacatalog.com/#/home, but when I log into the Azure Portal (https://portal.azure.com) and pull up the Data Catalog it just says, "Only one Azure Data Catalog is supported per organization. If a Catalog has already been created for your organization, you cannot add additional catalogs." It also says, "No subscriptions in xxxx directory".  How do I view the catalog I just created in the portal?

The design behavior of Azure Data Catalog is that the person who created the first catalog in the company(org) does see it and you will need to be added in order to manage whether you remain on the Free Tier or move to Standard SKU. Standard enables you to set up different user groups and permissions etc.
