列出工作流程历史记录列表项目有  50个Lakhs物品。相应的列表有40,000个项目。   保留策略已启用，如下所示，但仍未自动删除项目。请让我知道为什么保留政策
为什么它不起作用 

List workflow history list item has  50 Lakhs items. And the corresponding list has 40,000 items.   Retention policy is enabled for both as below but still items are not being deleted automatically. Please let me know why retention policy why it is not working
