I'm looking for guidance on which components of the Azure stack are suitable replacements for common "SOUP" software components that might not be allowed in commercial platforms with regulatory requirements such as HIPPA.  For example an initial sketch of our technical architecture uses MS Azure IaaS services but then layers on SOUP components like JHipster, KeyCloak, mySQL, etc... For some of these components we can get commercial support (no longer SOUP) but for others we would like to understand what the comparable MS Azure Stack would look like.  Does such a document/comparison exist?  "Back in the Day" I would phrase this as: What is the MS Azure Stack in comparison to the LAMPS stack.  Any links/references that I can review as a starting comparison rather than reading through the docs of every individual MS Azure component?
