We discovered after deleting what was thought to be an unused VSTS process template that one team had been using that template and now has no way to recover the data.  Is the data permanently gone for every work item created using the deleted template or is there still some way to query for the data either within Azure DevOps or using the analytics service and PowerBi?  It doesn't seem that adding back the template with same fields allows the data to be seen again so trying to confirm if it was a hard delete.  Thank you in advance.
