When I try to upload an .appxupload package made with Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2017 Version 15.4.2 following the guide on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/publish/app-package-requirements I get the errors below.

I thought the vs 2017 package builder would do the job for me. What am I doing wrong ?
