 我创建了一个条形图，以便

  I have created a Bar Chart in such a way that

      1）Y轴包含月

     1) Y axis contain Month

      2）X轴包含计数（根据发布类型的出现次数计算）

     2)X axis contain count(calculated based on occurrences of release type)

图表设计详情：

    1）从sharepoint列表中检索数据，其中包括日期和发布类型

    1)Data is retrieved from sharepoint list which includes date and release type

    2）日期按月分组并计算发布类型

    2)dates are grouped by month and counted the release type

使用DataBindXY函数绑定该计数值和月份后

After that count value and month are binded using DataBindXY function

问题是图表必须设计方式是 

Problem is Graph has to be designed in such a way that 

   必须根据月份和星期对日期进行分组，即该特定月份中每周的发布类型计数。例如，在Y轴上，应该有1月到12月的月份和那个星期的星期。
8月月第4周发布计数为10 

    Have to group the dates based on month and week i.e count of release type for each week in that particular month. Eg In Y axis Jan to Dec month and week of that month should be available. August month Week 4 count of release is 10

  In short have to bind two values for Y axis by grouping dates.Please help me out and reply if the question is not clear also

       Calculated release count for every week and put it in yaxis. After that added custom label to denote the month.
