The docs are here: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee495436(v=winembedded.60).aspx but they clearly state "Windows Embedded CE only supports client certificates using its wireless authentication components. Machine certificates are not supported." So this is not supported for Wired Ethernet ports.
