During a test I accidentaly deleted some App Registrations from Azure AD (Connected Mode). I say some because I don't know if there are more than this. Now I'm not able to use Stack anymore (portals won't open). How to recover it? I can't find any commands in the documentation regarding this particular configuration.

I need to recreated these registrations so Stack is back to a helthy state. I hope it's possible without redeploying, but documentation does not cover this particular scenario.

If not possible it really worries me, because if that was a real Production environment it would be really easy to "destroy" everything and move Stack to an unrecoverable state. Comparing with, let's say, a SQL installation, if service account were accidentely deleted it was just a matter of recreating it and changing the Service Account in SQL.
