I like being able to check individual folders to exclude, but is it possible we can get the ability to put a filter on folders like you can files?

This is the only reason im having to use another tool at this point...i want to sync my Vs.NET Projects to a thumb drive and i dont want to copy bin & obj folders. Without the filters though, i have to go in every time i add a project and exclude the folders which is a pain In all sync i can exclude all bin and obj folders...
