请指导我如何限制项目经理更改/更新项目基准。  一旦Project发布了基线，并且需要更改/更新基线，以便除项目经理以外的更高权限应该有权更新/更改
基线。

与项目经理一样/ Portfolio Manager或指定任何特定资源有权更改&/ /更新项目基线。

Hi,

Please guide how can i restric Project Manager to change / update Project baseline.  Once Project publish with baseline and there is need to change / update baseline so that higher authority other than Project Manager should rights to update/change baseline.

Like Program Manager / Portfolio Manager or assign any specific resource to have right to change  / update project baseline.

You can restrict who can update / set the 0 to 5 baselines based on the PWA access model
