I'm trying to get keyword performance history broken down by the day. I can do this in version 10 using bulk service and in version 9 using the reporting service. With the bulk service, I would have to make multiple report requests for each day I want whereas the reporting service I can aggregate by day and make one request. Using the report service seems to make the most sense but since it is only supported in version 9, I am confused about which one I should use. Will there be a version 10 of the reporting service released?

I agree that for your scenario using the Reporting service is ideal. We will skip version 10 of the Reporting API. More details about the next API version (v11) will be provided during the quarterly call on Jan 26th. I suggest that you start using Reporting version 9, as the changes needed to migrate from v9 to v11 will be slim to none for Reporting API.
