With Campaign Location Targets, is there a way to identify state / city / country / metroarea within the bulkservice cvs download ? To target your ads to display in specific countries, sub geographies such as states and provinces, metropolitan areas, or cities, you must know the target's unique name. You can download an XML document that contains the unique names from here. Right-click on DMAGeoLocations and select Download. For more information, see Geographical Location Codes.

Please also note the LocationId shown above is not returned via bulk download. That refers to the system-wide identifier of the location. For bulk download, the Id of your specific Target instance (in this case LocationTarget) will be returned in the Id field of either the Ad Group Location Target or Campaign Location Target record.
