I'm trying to update my campaigns using the BulkService to include location target bid adjustments.

I'm having a problem finding the correct way of parsing the location name in the Target field in the bulk report. For example to target Nottingham in the UK, one must set as the target: Nottingham, Nottingham ENG GB.

Is it possible to have a list of all the possible target locations, so that when setting the target I have a list of acceptable values.
