I'm currently developing on Bing Ads API V9 using C# and implementing to add keywords. I called AddKeywords service API to add some set of my keyords. Here are my keywords:

But it's returning an errors telling that my keywords with match type "Broad" and "Phrase" are duplicated. The service seems like auto-created the same keyword with match type "Broad" and "Phrase" after the "Exact" successfully created.
