I have tried for the last three days but the problem remain and is at least consistent. I have reinstall the Azure Stack three times, no error, and have the exact issue three times. When I provision the first VM the deployment succeed. Thereafter every deployment failed with STATUS:Conflict and PROVISIONING STATE:Failed. If I delete the very first VM I can deploy one and only one VM successful.  I have a number of Demo's and so far I must admit that the Azure Stack POC is very unstable and not usable. Any ideas how this issues can be resolved in order to demo the product ?

There are a few reasons why this may be happening.  Please reference this thread for possible mitigations.

If your BIOS includes such an option, you should configure it to use the local time instead of UTC time.
