I'm confuse, assuming i install my 1st VM with Win AD role, during the creating of this VM i created the Availability sets. Later, in create a 2nd VM - with the same size and added to the availability sets. So how this 2nd VM be available since it not configured with Win AD role?

An Availability Set is a logical grouping which will place VMs isolated from each other within Azure Datacenter. Azure ensures that the VMs you place within an Availability Set run across multiple physical servers, compute racks, storage units, and network switches so that during maintenance or failure only subset of VMs will be impacted. If you want redundancy, then you must deploy multiple identical VMs in an availability set. Refer: Configure multiple virtual machines in an availability set for redundancy. Moreover as you are looking for High available VM with AD role, I would suggest run two identical VMs with AD role along with DC replication so that both VMs will have updated data.
