I’ve been knocking myself out trying to research this issue, and so far haven’t found anything.  Essentially, when I attempt to search for new shapes in Visio 2013, it isn’t displaying the shapes in groups like it did for previous versions of Visio.  This makes it extremely time consuming to find the set of shapes I want.

Notice that when you select More Shapes you are shown a hierarchical grouping of shapes.

Those are just the actual Stencil file names, with no hierarchy or groups.  This makes it very difficult to find what I need.  I can find no option in Visio to change this behaviour, and Google has nothing on this that I can find.
