您可以向我提供如何更改的步骤吗？代码级别的当代网站（Visual Studio或Share Point设计师）。 或者扩展Contemprary网站的最佳方式是什么。

We are in a phase of extending Contemporary Site.

 We are  opening .aspx page in share point designer and make some changes, but changes   do not reflect in Contemporary Site.

for e.g  we edited myAccount.aspx (some lines are commented in aspx page) and save changes but it will not reflected in Contemporary Site.

Can u provide me the steps how to make changes in  Contemporary Site at code level(Visual Studio or Share Point designer).  or What is the best way to extend Contemprary Site.

If possible please provide step by step process.
