I'm using Kinect V2 with my Laptop (Lenovo thinkpad E series) and it works properly, but when it is off and only its cable is connected to laptop USB3 port, it keeps disconnect and connecting itself and all the devices which are connected to other ports. even kinect is connected solely this problem occurs! (sometimes it does not occur!)

You issue is with the power management of the system.
