Has anyone put together an install for your code? If so what have you included so you could get the v2 working? I would rather not have to bring the entire sdk with my code.

There are runtime redist folder that contains the files you will need to redistribute with your application. If you are creating and installer(WIX) you can chain install the runtime redist files as part of the package you are delivering.
