I tried to fetch adgroups under campaign and Ads under Adgroups. None of the calls returning deleted entities.  Is tthere any way to fetch deleted entities.

Thank you for reaching out via the forum.  You are correct, deleted entities will not be visible in the Bing Ads UI or retrievable via the API.  The platform does provide a change history report (API docs:http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-US/library/hh912357.aspx) that can be used to identify information about entities that were deleted.  This report is available via the API and web UI.
