Hello,

Ive got a Dell XPS Gen3/ Windows XP Media Edition/ My system had to be totally reinstalled, due to a bad back up storage drive and a virus.  My service guy did the reinstallation of the OS.  After booting it up the first time I noticed I had no sound, drove me nuts for a couple of days until I grabbed my Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 2 Softward CD and uninstalled it then reloaded it, now I have sound.  Next my new back up drive comes in and I install it, no problems there all is fine. 

Next Im trying to recover all of my lost music and other files, I load up my DVD-rw and try to copy music over to my hard drive, problems start to creep in here.  The system freezes while coping over my music files.  I get out of that and continue.  When Im all done I hit the eject button on the drive door and now Ive got that wonderful Blue Screen with the Stop code: 0x0000007E (0XC0000005, 0X806EE753, 0XF78CAC28, 0XF7CA924)  Now how the heck are you suppose to figure out what this means?  I cant find anything on this site or others. Every time I use the eject button or simply right click and select eject I get that same message.  Is my 5 yr old dvd drive going bad???  Because that is the easy part.

Does anyone know what this code means,  I need help because right now I can copy over any of my saved material from my dvd.  This only happens when I eject a disc.
