我多次使用Kinect V2传感器和os win 8。现在我有传感器的问题。但我没有错误。



例如我使用"Depth Basics-D2D"从SDK中，Kinect只返回白色图片。

如果我使用"Audio Basics-D2D"从SDK中，Kinect也只会返回一张白色图片。但在 窗口底部的行写入："无法获取默认传感器！"

电源适配器上的LED颜色为白色。风扇不起作用。窗口正确找到硬件。如果我删除USB端口并再次连接它们，Windows会注册它们，但SDK无论如何都是这样的。



我测试过：

$
驱动程序新安装。

使用另一个USB3端口。

所有USB硬件（鼠标...）都断开连接。

尝试使用Visual Studio 2012启动应用程序。

使用Taskmanager所有应用程序使用kinect关闭重新启动。

窗口从kinect重新启动。 br $>
删除APPData文件夹。

每次都重启电脑。

如果我移除USB连接器（联系电脑）从电源适配器中取出，如果我将连接器移到kinect上，LED将变为白色。



kinect没有下降。

Hi all,

I use the Kinect V2 sensor with the os win 8 a lot of times. Now have i a problem with the sensor. But I have no Errors.

For example i use the "Depth Basics-D2D" from the SDK, Kinect returns only a white picture.
If i use the "Audio Basics-D2D" from the SDK, Kinect will return also only a white picture. But in  the line in the bottom on the window is write: "Failed getting default sensor!"

The LED on the mains adapter have the color white. The fan doesn't work. Window find the hardware correctly. If i remove the USB Port and i connected them again Windows will register them, but the SDK is this no matter.

I have tested:

driver new installed.
use a another USB3 port.
all USB Hardware (Mouse...) disconnected.
attempt to start the application with Visual Studio 2012.
with the Taskmanager all application with kinect closed an restart.
the window dienst from kinect restart.
delete the APPData folder.
restart the pc every times.
If i remove the USB connector (contact to pc) remove from mains adapter, the led will orange, if i remove the connector to the kinect the led will white.

the kinect isn't fell down.
