So I have a Nokia Lumia 620 with the latest windows phone 8.1 preview and works perfectly fine until I charge it. It becomes unresponsive to touch and clicks the wrong things and is very glitchy. I do not know why and I do not want to hard reset my device any help?

It's not the phone having issues, it's the charger causing your phone to not function properly. I got a charger that does the same to my Android phones. Try changing your charger.
