HI!

I have jus installed a Viewcast Osprey 700e HD board and I cannot use it in expression all I get is : Cannot create device. The device may be in use by another PGM. However, It work well in Windows encoder 9.

I have an Asus TV tuner card And I have also windows media encoder installedas well.

Is there a conflict?
