I was reading through various discussion threads and "Test Migrator Plus" seems to be option to import test cases onto TFS - but it seems to be only until 2013 version. Can somebody guide me to the the latest Binaries and installation procedures  for 2015 version.

Currently there isn’t the version of "Test Migrator Plus" which supports 2015.
