Is it possible to set project permissions using PSI? Such as giving a resource permission to save, modify, etc a certain project without access to other projects using the PSI. Can you post an example or refer me to an example.

See the SetResourceAuthorization method.

The sample code is for the ASMX interface. I'd recommend that you copy a WCF-based sample from the SDK download, such as CreateResourceTest, and modify it.
