Trying to work with these things.  I have a flv video (short, 13 seconds) I want to put into a web page.  Had all kinds of trouble.  Converted it to a wmv file (which plays fine on my wm player, doesn't play on the live site.   Decided to try Silverlight, downloaded the trail version of Encoder.  Quickly adn easily encoded teh vidoe, saved as a xej file.

Now I can't import that (or insert) into my Expressions site.  When I attempt to do so, I get Silverlight video, this video format is not supported.

The job file XEJ isn't useful to publish to your site -- the XEJ file is sort of like a .BAT file -- not what you want to publish.

After Encoder finishes encoding -- find the "output" panel and in there find the "Gear" menu (the tooltip reads "Output options") Select "Open Job Location"

You might also consider using the "WebDAV" publishing option to automatically publish the files to a properly configured server.  The help contains a section labeled "Publishing your Media"  -- if you search the help with the term "WebDAV" that will find that part of the help.
