While Encoder doesn't natively support PowerShell, it ships with a PowerShell sample, which contains basic encoding technology. Feel free compile it, augment it for your needs and use it. Please be aware that you'll need access to .Net4.0 via PowerShell to get it to run properly and that you'll have to run the x86 version of powershell since our SDK is 32-bit only.
