I am using SharePoint 2013 OP and SPD2013. Here is my problem..

我使用SPD2013从自定义列表创建了自定义表单。我将SPD2013中的表单作为Webpart保存到我的站点库中。

I have created a custom form from a custom list using SPD2013. I saved the form in SPD2013 as a Webpart to my site gallery.

我创建了一个新的.ASPX页面，插入了一个Webpart区域，然后在页面上插入了Custom WebPart表单。所有内容都会显示，但是标题字段与输入字段不对齐。 

I created a new .ASPX page, inserted a Webpart Zone, then inserted the Custom WebPart form on the page. Everything displays, however the header fields are not lined up with the input fields.

I supsect this is because the Spell Check / Attachments icons are pushing my headers down.

Quesiton: How do I remove / hide the Spell Check / Attachments icon from the form.

To fully remove the ability to store attachments with list items, then go to the List's Advanced Settings and disable them.
