We are facing a very strange behavior in SharePoint 2013 environment.

我可否知道是否特定用户帐户是否能够登录他有权限的其他SharePoint站点？该帐户在AD中是否具有不同的状态，例如已锁定... 

May I know whether the particular user account is able to login other SharePoint site which he has permission on? whether the account has different status in AD, such as locked...
