I am prompted repeatedly for account credentials.  Just an endless loop of requests.  I am unable to sign into my microsoft account via visual studio IDE.

When I try to sign in to my account, I am prompted for a User Name, and Password Which I enter.  I am then prompted for the same information, again, then again, then again.  I know that the information I am using is correct, what is happening?  How can I get out of this loop and just be logged on?
