Once both work account or Microsoft account cannot sign in, but can sign in with the web browser. Since your OS is windows 10, please set the IE11 as the default browser and sign in again. You can also go to Control Panel—Programs and Features and right click the VS 2015 item and Change-Repair to repair it, in case this issue is caused by VS 2015 itself.
