I am testing VS 2017. In my DataSet visual designer the VS2017 does not auto-generate Insert/Update/Delete commands. This typically happens when PK is missing on table, but the PK is there. Just to be sure I dropped PK and recreated it but still the issue persists.

我在VS2015上打开了项目并且是能够正确创建语句。在VS2015上，它可以针对同一个数据库正常工作。

I opened the project on VS2015 and was able to correctly create the statements. On VS2015 it works correctly against the same database.
