I am going to start developing Windows Phone 8.1 application soon and for this reason I need the newest Windows Phone development tools. I installed Visual Studio 2015 successfully, but after successfully installing Windows Phone 10 emulator and trying to run a simple Hello World project (which compiles) I cannot get WP10 emulator to run (it get stuck on OS is starting... screen).
