HI，

我使用power shell脚本创建了一个网站集。在此之前，我已经在Web应用程序中添加了管理路径，我用它来创建网站集，但我收到错误，

I have created one site collection using power shell script. before that i had added managed path in web application which i used to create site collection but i am getting error as,

does any one knows what could be the reason. before creating this site collection i had created one site collection with same name and deleted it later on. could it be the issue because of the first one?
