Hi Team,
We have an issue with Global Navigation link. One of the global navigation links (sub site) intermittently disappears from the navigation. But, when we refresh it appears again.
There are 6 global navigation links (root site + sub sites) and few hidden links in the navigation settings.
Users who face this issue have Read/Full Control access to the site.
We are using SharePoint 2010 on premises.
We have cleared object cache, object cache size is set to 820 MB and also dynamic links to show is set to 200.
We also cleared config cache from front end servers. restarted user profile service.
Nothing helped in our case and still the issue persists.
Any immediate help would be appreciated.

Have you enabled publishing feature in these issue sites? This issue only happen on particular subsites? Not all?
You can try the following things to narrow down the issue:
1. Test using another browsers like Chrome or FireFox. Also test in safe mode.
2. Use a different internet environment. Also try test in another machine.
3. Clear the browser cache.
In addition, if this issue happens on a particular page of subsite, you can add "?contents=1" to the end of the page URL, this will allow you to view all the Web Parts in the page. Then remove all the web parts which contain the scripts.Best regards,
