We are currently experiencing a problem with our PowerPoint web app when files are opening in view mode. The file doesn't open after ~20 seconds and we receive the error:

The strangest thing is that this error is only happening for some of our PowerPoint files. Also if I download and re-upload those files, they work. It does appear to be re-occurring when users upload files intermittently though, so I can't do a one off download and re-upload.

I've tried clearing the OWA cache and it didn't help. I've also performed some other basic checks and can't see any issues.
