We are using SharePoint online and we tried to create the workflow using SharePoint designer 2013 tool.

We tried to move the document one library to another if the Status set to Completed

Workflow created without any error. but the Workflow not working, we reviewed the library settings that is workflow status always "0"

Please provide the solution so solve this issues.

Sharepoint designer workflow will not start automatically when you do changes using system account.. so try with another user account...
