am building an workflow which has webservice callto update an item,

but when am building Request headers or any URL , am getting extra "\" just next to "/"

The problem is that '/' is a reserved character.  The form of "\/" is the escaped version of the character so that it can be embedded in things and will be interpreted as a '/' at runtime.  This is normal.
