我创建了一个自定义列表，它有以下列。每当用户上载文档时，提示用户输入列信息，然后触发工作流。审批者由用户选择。

I have created a custom list and it has the below columns. Whenever a user uploads a documents, the user is prompted to enter the column information and then a workflow is triggered. The Approver is chosen by the user.

现在问题是批准的列更改为已批准但是其他用户看不到该文档。审批状态仍处于待定阶段。如何将批准状态设为已批准 当任务被批准时。请帮忙。

The issue now is the column Approval changes to Approved but the document is not visible to other users. The Approval status is still in pending stage. How do i make the aproval status as approved  when the task is approved. Please help.
